Our “O signé Macle”collection of eaux-de-vie spirits are handcrafted with our exceptional raw resources. Developed and distilled directly on site, apple eau-de-vie is made from apples coming from our own orchard.
 
With a golden color, textured and dynamic, our apple spirit will seduce you with its delicate scent of apples.

Our eau-de-vie is used as a digestive drink served in a digestive glass. Eau-de-vie is served rather chambered but can also be served in a cooled glass with two ice cubes or a glass that has spent a few minutes in the freezer.
 
Eau-de-vie is also used for making cocktails and certain aperitifs. You can then add soda or fruit juice. The “Trou Normand”, a sorbet with eau-de-vie, is a great classic among the French recipes.
