Our Api Gin Signé Macle is produced in an artisanal way from our exceptional raw material. Produced and distilled directly on site, Api Dry Honey Gin is made from honey from our thousands of beehives.
 
A happy honey gin developed by the know-how of our foraging workers which leaves notes of juniper, citrus fruits and coriander in its path while presenting an anise facet which blends cordially in the mouth.

Traditionally, Dry Gin is often served as an aperitif in a Gin glass or a Highball glass as a cocktail. On its own, Honey Dry Gin is best enjoyed chilled in a chilled glass with two ice cubes or a glass that has been spent a few minutes in the freezer. Honey Dry Gin is also used for making various cocktails. You can then add tonic, sparkling water, soda or fruit juice.
 
The great classic among cocktail recipes is the famous “Gin Tonic”. In a Highball-type glass containing a few ice cubes, add 2 oz of Dry Api Honey Gin, top up with tonic soda and garnish with lime slices.
