The Macles O-range eaux-de-vie are handcrafted from our exceptional raw products. Developed and distilled directly on site, maple eau-de-vie is made from maple water coming from our own sugar shack.
 
Fine nose, delicate and fruity with notes of vanilla, the mouth becomes silky.
Our eau-de-vie is used as a digestive drink served in a digestive glass. Eau-de-vie is served rather chambered but can also be served in a cooled glass with two ice cubes or a glass that has spent a few minutes in the freezer.
 
Eau-de-vie is also used for making cocktails and certain aperitifs. You can then add soda or fruit juice. The “Trou Normand”, a sorbet with eau-de-vie, is a great classic among the French recipes.
