Our “O signé Macle” collection of eaux-de-vie spirits are handcrafted with our exceptional raw resources. Developed and distilled directly on site, honey eau-de-vie is made from our own production coming from our thousand beehives.
 
Our honey eau-de-vie unveils a pretty bouquet with fragrances of honey and flowers. A velvety, enveloping palate with a long finish on the sweetness of honey.

Our eau-de-vie is used as a digestive drink served in a digestive glass. Eau-de-vie is served rather chambered but can also be served in a cooled glass with two ice cubes or a glass that has spent a few minutes in the freezer.
 
Eau-de-vie is also used for making cocktails and certain aperitifs. You can then add soda or fruit juice. The “Trou Normand”, a sorbet with eau-de-vie, is a great classic among the French recipes.
