Use: Before the shower and on dry skin, gently massage the skin with the bar in circular motions from the ankles to the heart, from the wrists to the heart as well as on the stomach and buttocks. Continue the massage to get the maximum benefit. Then in the shower, rinse and sponge only lightly to take advantage of the nourishing butters left on your skin. Than, apply the Intermiel nourishing body bar to complete the treatment and promote absorption of your moisturizers. For best results, perform this routine once a week or as needed.
