Our 1534® is made from maple wine, wild blueberries from Lac-Saint-Jean, maple brandy and natural aromas and spices.
 
Ingredients: Concentrated maple sap, maple brandy, blueberries, spices and natural flavours.
 
This mixture produces a vermouth with fresh and elegant aromas along with a complex taste.

Since the alcohol degree of the 1534 is 17%, the vermouth keeps longer than a wine, once a bottle is opened it could be preserved in a refrigerator for up to six weeks. Afterwards, it is excellent for cooking.
 
As an aperitif, Vermouths are often accompanied by multiple appetizers (fresh fruits, olives, cold cuts, tapas, cheese and other varied assortments) were it even becomes a light meal.
 
It can also be consumed at the end of a meal.
